Duties Include:
- Organizing / labeling incoming orders
- Sorting / Counting in apparel per order – insuring all items are here
- Stacking and folding apparel at the end of the dryer
- Checking dryer temperature during print jobs
- Final quality control – attention to detail
- Boxing final printed orders

Position: Experienced Embroidery Machine Operator
As an Embroidery Machine Operator at Opake Screen Printing, you’ll play a crucial role in our production process. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, operating a 6-head Tajima embroidery machine, handling and preparing apparel, trimming embroidered garments, and assisting with various aspects of production. Your attention to detail, team spirit, and ability to stand for extended periods will contribute to the smooth flow of our operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Embroidery Machine Operator (required)
- Proficiency in operating a 6-head Tajima embroidery machine (experience with other machines is a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, ensuring the safe handling of materials
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset to maintain our high standards of quality
- Enthusiasm for collaborating in a dynamic, creative environment
- Familiarity with other decorating techniques and digital printing is a big plus
- Knowledge of Tajima Embroidery machines is advantageous
